This isn't a bash thread. My goal in this thread is to get my money back.
A little over a month ago I decided to giftcode transfer one of my accounts (basketball). I contacted both McSniper.co and Chearful.Ninja.
I had no problem with Chearful, their customer service was amazing and ended up getting the name on the giftcode! I was really impressed with the way I was treated at Chearful and recommend it to anyone trying to snipe their dream name.
McSniper on the other hand wasn't very helpful. I had done name transfers with McSniper prior to this experience and everything worked as planned. I already knew what information was required to transfer a name so I had it all ready on the opening email. I even provided a video of myself changing the name so I could remove the entire verification step out of the process.
At some points in the process it would take over a week for them to respond. I gave them plenty of time to sort out payments and they said they were unable to find it. Previous name transfers cost me $10 from them and when I was told they now were charging $30, I was hesitant but had no problem paying it.
I paid for the transfer on November 2nd, 6 days after the initial name change and 34 days until the name becomes available. The day after I paid I responded to the email restating all the account information while asking a question about a statement made in the Chearful support ticket.
This is when response times began to lengthen and faith in the sniper began to dwindle. I responded the same day he said that he could queue the snipe once I paid. Once I told him that I paid just the other day he responded stating that he was unable to find the payment. This is also the last time I heard from this McSniper representative.
I then provided a screenshot with the TID of the PayPal payment as requested.
I've used McSniper for a long time and this is the first issue I've ever had with them. Again, this isn't a post to bash the sniper. All I'm looking to get out of this, is my money back.
Any questions about any of the proof provided will be answered below. If you've made it this far, thank you for reading.

PS* I don't care if my full name is in it. A lot of people know my name in this community.
