MCSquads - Looking for Staff

Hello! My name is Luve from the MCSquads Staff Team! We are a brand new factions server that is coming out this weekend and we are currently looking for some staff members! We have gotten a lot of work done today. The Spawn has been completed and we have set up the dedicated server. If you are wondering about the specs of the server, here they are.

NOTE: If you are a developer that will work for free please PM me. You might also get paid in the future when we get some money.

NOTE: These positions are free and you will not be payed unless you are a builder. Right now currently we do not have any moneys for developers.

NOTE: If you apply for Head Moderator you must be really active and have leadership. If you apply for this but you do not get it you might become a moderator instead.

I have co-owned a factions server nalllmed Mystical Reapers. And have owned multiple other servers.

Current Servers:
Nothing really, just making setups.

What can you bring to the server:
I can increase the community size, spread happiness and make this server a cool to remember for players. I can bring a new banning system and make the server non-toxic by banning all of the nasty hackers and muting a the toxic trash talkers. I will make the server "family-friendly" as lolitsalex says. I can bring other things as well to enhance server gameplay including texture packs, different plugins and much more things that will help the server. I can bring multiple server suggestions for players to enjoy playing and so people can enjoy and REMEMBER.

Experience:
I have moderated and owned multiple servers. I have a brief knowledge of screen-sharing and I know how to moderate fourms. I know how to use all of the Admin commands and I know how to use World-Edit and multiple other factions. I know how to catch hackers eaisily. I know how to catch x-Rayers with Staff x-Ray. I also of course, I know how to play HCFactions and know how to help players out with commands and I know all of commands including HCFactions like KoTH and much more.

Anything else:
