Hello! My name is Luve from the MCSquads Staff Team! We are a brand new factions server that is coming out this weekend and we are currently looking for some staff members! We have gotten a lot of work done today. The Spawn has been completed and we have set up the dedicated server. If you are wondering about the specs of the server, here they are.

I use to be staff on a huge network called PrimeMC, a smaller server called BlockySpaceCraft, and a Skyblock server called BankCraft.

Current Servers:
I currently own a server called GoldNetworkMC and am getting requests to be staff on small servers, but I haven't decided yet.

What can you bring to the server?:
I am extremely good with XenForo interaction and in-game. I can work on Reports (Ban or all), and I can usually manage a forums I.e. Spammers, haters, etc. I am very active in game as I am no longer working on the huge network (PrimeMC).

Experience:
I have large amounts of experience in the staffing section of my gaming life. My first ever staff Position was on a server called BankCraft. BankCraft was a small SkyBlock server, peaking at 6 players; I reached Sr. Mod when I resigned. Another experience was when I was staff on PrimeMC. PrimeMC is a huge network averaging 1000+ players daily. Then, I was staff on BlockySpaceCraft, this was an extremely small factions server averaging 3 players. I resigned because it simply wasn't fun on that server.

What can you bring to the server: I am a very helpful guy. I can be on at least 6 hours a day. I will be able to look at applications, deny them, accept them, review them, and even interview the applicant. I will be able to donate to the server and even advertise the server. As a comunity manager, I will be able to also make sure that the staff are doing their jobs, and make sure that everything that is going on in the server from the backdoor, to the inside is running smoothly. I will make handbooks, I will make sure that everything is organized to make sure that you are happy as a staff member and as an owner, and even as a player. I will have many private meetings with each staff members so I can stay in touch with them and see what their goals or for a server. This is why I am the best choice for your server's comunity manager.

Experience: I have a very big experience with staff postions ever since I started Minecraft in mid-2013. I first started with my first server InstaPixelMC, and then continued on to work on many other servers in the beginning of my minecraft era (I did not list all previous experiences because I don't remember all of them). I am very good with WorldBucket and more and with my experience, I can make your server better.
