MCSurvival is currently looking for a highly qualified individual to become an Administrator on our survival server.
MCSurvival is a version 1.16.4 survival server founded in 2020 that strives to provide a friendly, non-competitive, non-pay to win, and non-griefing survival experience. Recently, the server peaked 25~ players and has had a solid 10 player base since our launch one week ago. For the Thanksgiving & Christmas/Holiday season, I am projecting a 3x-4x growth in our current player base, so I am looking for an Administrator to help with general management and server. What better place to find highly qualified candidates than MC-Market?
You will be tasked to do the following:
* Playing the server at least 1 hour per day without doing any of your administration duties -- all of our staff members are players of the server who love to play survival, while you are here to work, you are also here to play.
* Performing general administration duties at least 2 hours per day. This includes assisting players in-game, fixing minor bugs, and working on new features / releases.
* Collaborating with the server owner on two weekends per month to push new releases on the front-end and back-end of the server, every month, to keep the server "fresh" at all times.
* Spearheading server growth via best practice advertising methods.
Requirements:
* 16 years of age or older
* 2 years of previous administration AND server setup/configuration experience
* Timezone within +/- 3 hours of EST
* Working microphone for Discord voice calls
* No other server staffing commitments
* No current open MC-Market scam reports
* MC-Market reputation score of at least 95% with at least 3 reputation
Compensation:
* 40% of server profits for as long as you are an Administrator (operating and advertising costs minus store revenue) with a potential to obtain up to 40% of server equity stake
* Free Monthly Discord Nitro
* Holiday PayPal bonuses
* Server merchandise swag pack after 90 days
Interested? Send me a PM with your resume, applicable MC-Market service thread, and/or detailed relevant experience. If we are interested, you may be invited to complete a short interview for the position to get to know more about you! Questions will not be answered on this thread, as this staff position thread has been cross-posted in multiple locations. Good luck!
