MCSurvival is currently looking for a highly qualified individual to become an Advertising Manager on our (Gruss, Smitty, IceLightning) survival server.
MCSurvival is a version 1.16.4 survival server founded in 2020 that strives to provide a friendly, non-competitive, non-pay to win, and non-griefing survival experience. For 2021, I would like a 3x-4x growth in our current player base, so I am looking for an Advertising Manager to help with advertising and marketing the server. You will be tasked to do the following:
* Creating, planning, and implementing effective & written advertising strategies to spearhead server growth via best practice advertising methods.
* Performing research to identify player trends and community needs and interests.
* Contacting advertising partners to negotiate contracts agreed upon by the Owner.
Requirements:
* 18 years of age or older
* At least 2 years of experience in marketing or advertising Minecraft servers with proven results
* Timezone within +/- 3 hours of EST
* Working microphone for Discord voice calls
* No current open MC-Market scam reports
* MC-Market reputation score of at least 95% with at least 5 reputation
Recommended Skills:
* Proven and effective communication with an emphasis on persuasion
* Ability to effectively create and deliver new advertising campaign ideas in a team setting
* Strong organizational skills and the experience to multitask and work on several campaigns at once
* Extremely self-motivated with the ability to work independently when needed
Compensation:
* Fixed $XX - $1XX / month
* PayPal / Amazon Giftcard achievement bonuses
