MCSwish | Searching for a Head of Staff (Staff Manager)

Hello there!
I'm spojell and I'm the Owner and the Lead Developer of a new upcoming competitive PvP server called MCSwish. Some of you may recognize the name, MCSwish. This is because this was an old Minecraft server that used to be online back in 2013-2015 and I used to love this server. The server used to have three different PvP gamemodes which was Ranked 1v1, Unranked FFA and Team PvP and this is just what I've been developing through old videos of MCSwish but with some new features. So, the development side of the server is getting somewhere done and I'm now ready to get some Administrators to the Staff Team. Due to I'm being the Owner and the Developer of the server I really don't have time to handle the Staff Team to 100% and I'm therefore in need of an HoS (Head of Staff) that will handle the Staff Team and putting together a few experienced Administrators!

Requirements:
- You must be 16 years of age or older
- You must be able to speak and write in English
- You must have a fully working microphone
- You need to live in Europe
- Past experience
