MCTeams Egg catcher plugin

I need a plugin where you can throw an egg at a mob and capture that mobs spawn egg but it costs 30 levels. I have found many egg catcher plugins but they don't have to option to make it cost levels to capture. I was wondering if anyone had this plugin, or could make it for me, or had a solution for this.
