Pvpingmc's site involves a lot of css, html, and template editing.

I'm afraid I couldn't do this as I don't have much expererience with complicated template editing as of yet. And also, I'm not too sure if $20-$30 would cut it for the amount of work you are requesting, but I don't do this kind of stuff, so don't take my word on that I would recommend Elcro, or 1amDev of this kind of work.
