We're recruiting a small team of dedicated staff members to take part in our network McVerge. We originally started working back in December 2014 up until now. In preparation to release in a couple weeks, we are trying to find and form a small group of dedicated staff members to assist us.
Currently we're looking for several people to fill in as Moderators and an "Event Manager".
Moderators are inclined to "enforce" the rules set on our network. We try our best to avoid banning players unless we find it to be mandatory. At the end of the day, the moderator tends to do what they feel is right.
Event Manager is someone that helps us plan out events on the network such as tournaments and announces them (obviously with our consent).
For all positions, we request that you tell us your age, however we tend to look out for maturity over age. Someone may be 12 yet have a higher maturity level than of a 19 year old.
Obviously such positions are completely voluntary, as no monetary reward will be offered.

Interview
Due to issues we've had with staff in the past, we've decided to implement an "Interview". If we reply or Private Message you saying that your application appears good, and we'd like you invite you to a brief interview, that means we'd like to have a quick discussion with you over chat on Slack. Interviews are held on whatever time you are available.
The interviews allow us to confirm your role as a potential staff member on McVerge. We've had an issue in the past, and we aren't looking forward to having the same incident happening again.
