Hello there,
I would like to recruit a Media/Advertisement owner for my new upcoming HCF Server, NobleHCF. Now, I don't have a budget, however, being a Media/Advertisement Owner does come with some pretty nice features such as having owner rank, and loads of unique features, no other ranks have.
