Media Manager / Developer

Introduction: I'm a 14 (turning 15) year old manager.. I have been learning how to code for 4 years now, and I've been a developer and Manager for many big servers. Some of those server include BlazeNetwork, CursedMC, The Aereus Network, and Time zone Factions. I have completed a vast amount of development activities, as well as Management activities. Over the past years I have worked being a Manager for different servers. These activities gave me the skill to learn more about being a Manager/Developer and about using it to grow bigger. I have various expertise in management, development, and many other things and I can use different code. What I usually do is plugin configurations, manage networks, fix exploits, and creating my own plugins towards benefiting the servers I work on. I work mostly as a Manager, but I also do development work.

Strengths:

Experience:
BlazeNetwork - I was a Developer on here. I did plugin configurations and I found new plugins to add, as well as fixed bugs and glitches that totally broke the game.
Playerbase: 40-50

CursedMC - I was a Developer / Manager on here. I would manage the console, and do different configurations as well as make my own code. I would also manage staff, the discord, and online. I mainly helped test things and fix exploits.
Playerbase: 80-100

The Aereus Network - I did plugin configurations, and I helped overall manage and develop the server. I resigned eventually because of one staff member.
Playerbase: 10-15

TimeZone Factions - I setup all the plugins and I configured them, as well as managed the network and forums.
Playerbase: 20-30

SupremePvP - I was one of the owners here. I managed the staff team, and worked on the server. I also announced important things, as well managed events.
Playerbase: 100-130

UniverseMC - I was just a Jr.Mod here. I got promoted from helper, I was staff for around 3-4 months. I learned how to work with a team and communicate with a lot of players.
Playerbase: 100-200

HybridMC: I was a Manager on here. I would read staff applications, and help out with developing the server and making it grow. It never released in the end, but it was a fun job.
Playerbase: 5

PvPWars: I was a Helper on here. I learned how to punish accordingly, and communicate with such a big playerbase. I was Helper in the ice realm. I learned how to deal with being spammed, and how to work with such a big staff team.
Playerbase: 500-1000
