I am looking for someone to develop a MediaWiki skin (https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Skinning) for me, created to fit a design, ideally by forking an existing skin known as foreground (https://foreground.wikiproject.net/). MediaWiki is the software that powers most wiki sites and is what I have decided to use for my Minecraft community.
I created a design document detailing my specifications, including the design I am looking to have created and some background information, etc. Will be provided on contact
Budget is reasonably flexible. Timeline would be a couple of weeks, but again I am fairly flexible on this. Apologies in advance if I am shouting into the void here, I do understand this is quite a niche request.
