Medic revive addon plugin

Im looking for one Notorius addon to revive players only people with an specific permission.

Comand: /medic revive <player> /juggernaut revive <player>

With customizable config.yml to edit revive cooldown and message.

Budget: 3-5 depends of the plugin.
