Medieval Faction Spawn 73x73 (Going cheap, only selling one)

[Hey, me and my friend have just got back into Minecraft so we have brought a server and looking to once again sell builds to people. We started off building a faction spawn.
The spawn is 73x73 blocks and features a place for rules, a shop that can also be a pvp pit if needed.

The main blocks that are used in the build are logs, stone brick, and cobble. Using these blocks it has gave the whole build a nice clean historic look.

At the spawn there is 12 towers that can be customised to your personal needs.
Also have a server where you can check the build out.

I believe this is over priced at $20. I recommend bringing the price down to $10-15 at most. Good luck with selling though!
