Hi guys this is HexCC here and I built a Faction spawn which you can use on your server , with 4 Portals on it Wilderness,Staffs(Which you can put the list of staffs in your server ),Shop (already furnished) and a portal to go back to Hub.

Yes , its a regular world,but its on a server's BuildersWorld.
