Medieval Marketplace

Hi Everyone,
I am looking for someone to build me a 'Medieval Marketplace' however it comes with a lot of twists. If you could give me quotes instead of straight up referring me to build teams etc that would be preferred.

Firstly it would need to be a floating island surrounded by mountains (roughly 80x80 - excluding the mountains). On one of the mountain sides it would need a huge gate (simply just fences in the shape of a huge gate).

The Marketplace itself would be an area for sales and quests. It will be used by 4 different races (part of the server storyline) all involve different build styles. The server has 4 races (Elf, Human, Dwarf and Orc) and all would need to be included in the build.

My Ideas/Suggestions
Elf > Tall Towers (similar to the towers shown below), Trees with Market Stalls merged in either
Dwarf > Hobbit Like Hills, For the market stalls simply make one side of the small hill open with a market stall effect
Human > Simple Huts, Usual medieval marketplace style
Orc > A Bridge and Small Cave System along the side aswell as Boulders with maybe a small area on top?

These are just suggestions, if you have other ideas just let me know.
