NordicCraft – Explore the Unknown Lands of Navaroth

Basic Info:
NordicCraft is a Minecraft Server with a bunch of unique concepts which have never been done before. This project has been in the planning stage for few months but now we are finally ready to announce its coming to the public.
Some of the Server's main Concepts are: Wars | PVP Arenas | Roleplay | Quests | Battles | Large Custom Made World That Expands With Player-Base and Events | Frequent Events | And a lot More!

What we are looking for are:
- Skilled Medieval Builders​

- Being able to work in a team with Multiple Builders
- Being able to Follow Instructions
-Activity ( Being online at least an hour per day of building )
- Maturity.​

- NordicCraft is going to be a Fantasy, Medieval, Roleplay Based Server! The server's idea lies & takes place in the Unknown World filled with Magic. The Prodigious World is Inhabited by different realms fighting against each other for the Glory & Throne. There are gonna be Multiple different Races & Cities to choose from!
- We currently have the team of more than Thirty People, containing: Builders, Developers and else.
- We are using a Professional, Custom RPG Map. ( 3072 x 3072 )​

What we offer in return, would be a ton of In - Game Rewards, Awards & Benefits over the Casual Players that would be normally playing on the Server. Such as: Rare Items & Goodies, Noble Titles, Highly Prestigious Plots & Many More.​

Some Additional Info for all the Applying Builders:

- The Server is going to Contain Four Different Cities / Realms that need to be Built
- Humans, Elves, Vampires & Pandarens
- Each Race is gonna have it's Custom - Unique City
- Each City is gonna Contain ( On Average. ): 30 Different Houses, Stores, Private Houses etc; Custom Made Caves, Dungeons,...
- Beside for that, we are going to Have different Custom Made Quests as well.

Final Word:

We Highly Recommend the "Conquest 3D Models Resource Pack" for our server, however if you cannot use this, then John Smith Legacy is also an acceptable alternative.​

Each Active Builder would be Payed once the Server would start getting incomes, of course! Unfortunately i can't do a pre-pay method due to not having any budget yet.

Then don't make a server if you can't pay for it. Most people here are professional builders and don't care about in game stuff.

If you have 0 money, making an RPG server is WAY too ambitious. good RPG servers are on the same level as mid-sized mini-game networks in how much time and effort they cost to set up, Most people struggle to get a small server running profitably.

If you say that you will pay builders after the server releases and starts making income, whats the guarantee that the server would you surely release and start generating money? What if the server never launches or even if it does, it doesn't make any money? All the time and effort by the builders goes to waste.

Also just kinda pointing this out your "Unique Concepts" are not very unique... Also how do you plan to make all of those plugins actually bring the "unique" concept to life when you have no budget for builders and you can pay dev's?

Act smart? I was interested in becoming a builder for your server but you did not answer those questions that I asked and you still have not besides being immature about the whole situation. You can contact staff and waste their time as I have not done anything wrong except ask questions that have not been answered. People agreed with me.
