Medieval Spawn for a survival server needed

So I have pretty good experience configuring Minecraft servers and can show you my work if you want.

I started making an SMP setup two days ago and I am 20% there, my only problem is that I don't have spawn and I can't build one because I don't have much experience with building. So I have an offer for you ... you create a really small spawn maybe like 100 * 100 or 200*200 and we use it as the spawn for the setup. it will be just a big castle in the middle and some houses and shops around it YK.

I will add you to that resource when I publish it so you can download it and use it anytime and I will give all your customers 35% off on the setup.

But I have got one problem, is that I have 0.00$ in my PayPal rn, that's why I started making this setup, so I can earn some money to pay some shit IRL. one I earn some money off of the setup I will pay you the original price of the spawn + copyright I know that this might seems weird but let me know what you think
