The hub is based on a Medieval Town, situated in the mountains with a bunch of pine trees surrounding it.

-> 6 Market Shops, where NPCs can be placed
-> 1 NPC Area with the view of the sea, where the players can also see 3 big boats
-> 1 Info Area

The spawn has the sizes of: 340x412


Rules:
You have NO rights of selling the spawn once again;
You have NO rights of expecting refunds after the payment
You have to pay first, and to not expect the build to come for a 50% payment before.




The spawn costs 25$ (USD), which from my point of view is really cheap, since it has a bunch of houses, custom terrain, custom pine trees, 3 boats and a really nice player's perspective.

For the reason you're new, are you doing a 50/50 payment. And is theft any reason specifically that you aren't allowing the resell of this? For investing and resellers purpose.

No. I am not doing a 50/50 payment. I meant that if you are interested in buying this map, you'll have to pay the price first. By paying the price first i mean that you'll have to pay the 25$ first, and not 12,50$ (half of the price) and then after I give you the map you can send me over the rest 12,50$. That's what I meant. And by not allowing the client to sell this once again, I am actually trying to say that this is an exclusive build, and all the credit should go towards me. Not sure if I explained that well, I am still trying my best to learn about McMarket people

Usually, I am against it, but, I can make an exception this time since I need to buy something for myself pretty fast
