Medium sized standalone server or network

Hello,

I am interested in buying a medium sized server with a player-base of 20-40. This server can be any genre, either network or single server. My budget is ~$400-600, and paying no more than $1000.

What I am looking for:
Staff (completely optional, but would be nice)
Decent builds
Solid player-base (Doesn't "spike" at 20 players but rather plateaus.)
Good plugin configurations

Yep agreed. The reason people buy servers is so they dont have to work and do as much shit.

I get that you want to buy a server but you would receive a lot more out of the server if you built it from the ground and with his budget it won't be too hard. Sorry that I was suggesting an alternate solution? Do what you want it's your money. :3

I would make my own, the problem is that I've never spent money once on paid ads, so it's sort of a risky investment to know if it would work out or not. Meanwhile purchasing a server that already has a stable player-base is not a risky investment since it's already there.
