Hello looking for builder(s) to renovate my server spawn in a way that is aesthetically pleasing, easy to use, and easy to access for players. It does not use any modern features like hubs, portals or cosmetics.

I would like these features added
  • A center shop designed like an open space market
  • Small buildings surrounding the area (bank, bakery, homes ect)
  • Some forestry and flowers added
  • A place for a leaderboard
  • A easy access quick npc area (wild tp, important NPCs)
  • natural parkour
  • easy access to the wild
My requirements are
  • you come to my server and build
  • there are players on my server, your building shouldn't be too adverse to their experience (like dont block NPCs, dont troll them, be nice to them)
  • redesign the current spawn
  • no overly excessive building, its supposed to have a "home" feel to it.
  • flexible people/person I sometimes have random ideas pop up, dont worry i will compensate you past the agreed payment if this happens
  • Be flexible with another person helping you build
