Hello MC-Market,

*Who Am I?*​

To start off I am a fourteen year old boy turning fifthteen in two months. My name is Andrew or you can call me meloco. I’ve fallen in love with managing services since I was twelve years old. When I was twelve I started to manage my school’s Math Club. That year we won two major competitions. Then the next year we won four competitions, but then I retired from that position and I started to manage and get advertisement for Minecraft servers the first one was AstraMC I was thirteen at that time, they had no advertisement and I worked hard and got rewarded with the Manager position, that release the server got two hundred players on release.

*What Can I Offer?*​

I can offer a variety of services such as:
Advertisement - In contact with youtubers arranging from 1k - 50k.


Management: Making sure every player from the server or network is doing fine, as well as the staff team and the Discord or TeamSpeak.


Development - In contact with various developers some are from The Archon, PvPingMC and EnforcedMC.


Knowledge - I was a server owner and I know a lot of strategies to get more players and market techniques to get donations.

*Past Experience*​

AstraMC - Big server unfortunately had to shut down due to the owners being in foster care, I was serving the manager position and it has gotten on their only map release 200 players. I managed the whole staff team, and the whole advertising and media management. Server was owned by RyteZee, and IAmFatal. (65 - 75 Playerbase)

FaithfulMC - This was the biggest for me I served as a Trial - Mod then got promoted to Moderator that was the best thing that happened in my life but I had to resign because I was getting F's D's and C's and school and I wanted to do better. (400 - 500 Player Base in SOTW 1000 - 3000 players)

Paradise Factions - I served as a Helper, I helped develop the server with configs and doing small scripts here and there but nothing big. (20 - 30 player base)

Caribbean MC - I was serving as their Primary Advertising Manager getting members in the discord and managing the whole media and advertising team. (Never released and I resigned)

IRL Experience:​

Managing my school's website for two years, I had to manage the new students that apply thru the website and discuss it with the principal of the school, it was a real job for me and I got paid the min. wage of where I live and I felt very honored that my school gave my that chance.

Managing a Summer camp this one of the hardest because I have to deal with 5 - 7 year old kids and if one bad thing happened can ruin the whole Summer camp reputation and I held that responsibility and nothing bad happened.

I like your thread a lot but there is one thing that needs to be fixed in my opinion.

You stated you worked for CaribbeanMC (which is true) but you didn't really resign when it came to that point. You didn't really get us any discord members and you never managed our media and advertising team due to the fact we didn't have one at the time. Just so everyone knows before I keep talking. I'm the owner of CaribbeanMC. Meloco you were hired but you barely worked at the time. You mentioned Youtubers names but you never really got me in contact with them. I wouldn't put CaribbeanMC in your portfolio as you didn't improve the server.

Other than that, I'd like to add Meloco is a great guy. He and I have had a lot of conflict in the past but I do find him professional when he chooses to be. He has contacts with many Youtubers and will 100% get you what you need done. Other than that there is not much to say. He is an awesome guy and I've worked with him in the past.
