Hey there!

My name is Melon and I'm here to hopefully get my feet of the ground as a Manager. Whilst I do realise that chosing between someone with experience or someone with no experience is an easy choice, I hope I can make you change your mind by my dedication, passion and activity! I have been watching people here on MC-Market and prepared multiple things for this hopefully long journey. I have IRL experience managing Aqua United, a non-profit organisation learning 120 kids to swim on a weekly basis. I take care of issues reported to me by parents, swimming teachers, as well as payments and legal business.

I currently have my own custom Staff Guidelines, as well as permissions guidelines, a staff discord fully set up and much more things. I offer professionalism, dedication and overall good work. I understand that good managers ask for a price, and I'm not that known or experienced to do that at this point, therefor I'm offering my services for free.

Discord Manager: I set up your discord with what you as a customer want.
- Channels
- Permissions
- Tickets
- Etc.

Staff Manager: I guide your team, teach them to be part of a staff team.
- Guidelines
- Training/Meeting
- Staff Discord (must use)
- Custom Applications
- Etc.

Events Manager: I organize events on both discord and in game.

Like PF_Owner said, it's best to gain some more experience with some networks and have some people to provide vouches or to like support you before you get hired as a manager.

I would recommend that you get some experience with a long term position. What I mean by this is work your way up to a high position like this on a few servers then advertise that you are looking for management positions.
