Maybe a member of the month system where the user who gets the most positive rep ( +1 for a positive and -1 for negative) gets $15 store credit?

There is literally no point in this. It’s just a useless competition to give the person who gave away the most vouch copies or cheap products some free stuff.

Also, people could just work together, one of the people get the money and split it with the people involved. Do that each month and you'll get a bit of money.

The amount of reputation you get isn't as relevant as the actual information on your reputation, so it doesn't make sense to award a user who would likely just be giving away steam keys or something like that.
