Member tooltips with options

I think it would be a really cool idea to add tooltips (or whatever they're called) appear when you hover your mouse over someone's name. When you do this, you'd see something similar to this:

But you would see their status update, custom title and options to start a conversation, view profile, report, ignore, etc.

At the moment, you already get this by clicking on their name. Hovering over a name would make it somewhat spammy, if you're browsing a forum with a lot of threads.

That could also be true with the thread tooltips, but they appear after about a 1 second delay, which would reduce the spam a lot.

Would be easier to lookup people's information, I think it would work wonderfully with a few seconds delay, it's easier than having to click on something.

Seems like you're just too lazy to press the mouse button. I don't see this being any more useful at the moment.

As Bosny said this really isn't anything worth making custom. I understand that this may be useful but in reality there's other things to make that would be a higher priority than this.
