There has been way too many alt account bans recently, Maybe there could be a dedicated team of people who check over people who register to see if they have the same IP as anyone else? It will stop most multi accounters, just not the one who use different IPs

The guy himself is a fake user. He stole my identity and claimed he was me, using my exact 'Available for hire' application too.

This guy stole your name and tried to be hired? Do you know if he was able to get any jobs and I'm guessing scam them? I'm interested in why it was you exactly.

Yes, I think he probably did scam them, if not: I think he stole my name and profile because I have a reputation on BukkitDev and Spigot so he can be hired more easily as he'd be 'more trusted' and seem like a good developer.

Yeah, I know you from Bukkit. I originally thought it was actually you and when he was banned thought that was a bit suspicious. I'm curious on why he thought he could get away with it for one and that he used your identity for two.

Yeah same, I'm surprised he actually did stay for quite a few days. But yeah, I don't even know the guy o.o

We are generally able to spot those that are ban evading fairly quickly, so I think we'll just stick with that. If you spot a ban evader, you can always smash that "Report" link.
