Meraki was founded in November 2017. Since then the team has been growing to great extent by maximizing skills to their full potential. At the moment Meraki consists of 50+ members that range from builders to graphics designers and content creators from all around the world. We create games and experiences as an Official Minecraft Partner and as Verified NFTWorlds builder.JAVA DEVELOPER
Developers are a key role in creating content to be seen by many players across the world. You help turn concepts and ideas turn into reality, you do the mechanics behind art.REQUIREMENTS
- Native or proficiency level understanding of the English language
- At least 16 years of age or older
- Willing- and able to sign an NDA
- Examples of previous work and willing to create a 'trial' plugin
- Have good knowledge of basic coding conventions to write efficient, clean and readable code
- Have decent problem solving capabilities and troubleshoot content
- Experience with the Bukkit / Spigot API and creating Minecraft plugins
- Experience with Git and Java
DESIRED TRAITS
- Work with other colleagues in the field
- Able to show your code in an online repository
- Previous experience as a Java Developer
- Be able to give and receive helpful pointers
- Show creativity and variety
- Knowledge of Blockbench, Server Configuration/Specs and being able to create working entities in Minecraft Java edition
