What is Merchants Kingdom?
Merchants Kingdom is one of the many servers on The Gamers Refuge (TGR). Merchants Kingdom is a survival Minecraft server. It has currently gone through a few rough bumps and we're in need of a new manager for the Minecraft side. TGR and Merchants Kingdom is quite a tight knit community right now but very accepting of new comers.
What will you do?
You'll be in-charge of configuration and the future of the Minecraft server and the direction it goes in. You'll be a role-model for the players and the staff that play the server and on occasion you'll deal with staff and any issues that occur.
Additional information:
You'll be working with two other servermasters or managers to make the server best as possible.
What are we looking for?
Well in your personality we're looking for someone who can be quite serious and professional in general. You should enjoy interacting with other people inside communities and getting to know them. A creative mind and a driving passion. And of course activity.
Requirements:
Configuration experience (Must be able to do configuration efficiently)
Management experience or staff experience
Creative mind
Able to resolve conflicts
Easy to get along with
