Merge two plugins together

Hi, so.. I am using a plugin called TNTBank and the developer does not answer on MCM anymore, there was a huge bug with this plugin which allowed people to duplicate TNT so I had to get a extra plugin to fix this, I am wondering if anyone could merge the TNTBank plugin and the patch I had made together for a vouch.

If the plugin has that big of a big it's probably pretty shit why don't you get it recoded?

because the fix was extremely simple so I got it for free, instead of having to pay even more money for a plugin I already own.

Yikes just use my nice TNT Paper, no one is using it right now.
