MC servers are a business, and you're referring to purchasing intangible goods as donating, which is not the correct term. This can lead to a PayPal account closure, as this is misleading.
Intangible or tangible doesn't matter, you are still paying for an item you are receiving.
When you donate, you give money to a particular organization, and you have absolutely no intentions of receiving something back. If you leave a tip at a coffee shop, that's considered a DONATION. You won't expect the cashier to give you a cookie for doing so.
Another example - An MCM user posts a selling thread for an OG. He refers to purchasing as donating. It's an intangible good, the same as items on a server. Isn't that misleading?
