Hello all, thanks in advance for taking time to read my post!

I'm trying to start a Minecraft server with the ability to buy land in the form of a NFT.
Also a point earning system where players can then cash out for real life cryptocurrency.
The server will be a roleplay survival server with a huge in game economy that can earn players IRL rewards.
I have some basic ideas in my head and need help from a well educated developer.

WHAT I NEED!
I'm looking for 1 Minecraft dev to help integrate the blockchain technology to the Minecraft server.
Also I'm in need of a Minecraft dev ho can add in all my basic server plugins/mods to get the server
running smoothly with all the roleplay and survival mods.
