Methods for getting players to my server?

Hello MCM today I own a small server that has just released a few weeks ago. The server is doing fine but its always the same players logging on. I am looking to get more new players on my server and need to get the word out there. I have $200 as my advertising budget if anyone has any good places to advertise minecraft servers or any advice please contact me I could really use it!
