As Solicite said, the forum permissions should be based on the age of the account and/or the amount of messages an account has, more leaning towards the amount of messages. I know MC-Market would want it premium, of course, it's a way for them to make more money, but having a restriction based on messages or similar will filter out a lot of accounts who are either ban evading or just fake bidding. Plus if the reason is to prevent locking accounts, Mojang staff would rather pay $10 than post XXX amount of messages to gain access.

I agree with him, and I also do like the idea to make it premium-only however.
