2) I don't even see a problem with the website. It's the faggots on the website that are the problem, much like the faggots on a minecraft server. Mick can't just ban those fags on the website for no reason, then he'd get called out for abuse and shit.

Do you guys always find something to complain about??? It seems like just last week there was a thread about not having enough staff to cover these large forums.
It is his site, immature posts like these are what "ruin MCM", not the leadership. Like really, what did you expect to come out of a post that says "Give. Somone. McM." Not only is he partially doing this already by leaving the management aspect to Ajdin and tjrgg , but that's honestly an idiotic thing to just suggest...
About your other points, I may be wrong but I recall that they do get paid, not too much, but something, again dont quote me on this but I recall hearing this.

Seems to me like people criticize owners of anything from a small mc server to large businesses of being a "Money Whore"....But really, is he forcing you to buy premium/supreme? No. Actually, from what I could tell, he added on more features to those ranks, and is still taking suggestions for more. Don't go throwing names like Money Whore to a person, without actually any proof or reasoning, or you'll end up looking ridiculous.
I cannot speak for him, or anyone in that matter, but I don't really see why he should show/tell us the monthly income for MCM? Its his right to disclose that information. If I am not wrong, he purchased this website for several thousand dollars, and he clearly stated that some of the money goes to "paying back the initial money I spent to purchase MCM." And after all, it would be a terrible business decision if he didn't make his money he put into this site back, at some point.

Posts like these are how it should be done, I'm sure the public would like to see the proof themselves aswell, and seeing how a previous administrator posted this as if doubting Mick, does say a lot. This should actually be responded to, rather than defending yourself, present yourself.

So let me get this straight. Trying to make a living by running a website with donator ranks makes you a money whore, but making money by doing the same with servers doesn't?Or by selling builds, or account names, or plugins?

I 100% agree I think Mick should be allowed to do with this site what he wants it's his money but I think for the best of mc-market you should control your staff a little bid more and maybe add a post to ask what the members want to make mc-market beter again? just so you know how you can improve this site?
There's an entire subsection dedicated to suggestions, and they make posts like that regularly. Unfortunately, it is not possible to give in to the demands of every member of the community, since everyone wants something different.
Fighting Mick's corner here, its MICK'S website, so he can do what he likes. MICK who is the OWNER of MCM is doing a great job, and everyone should respect his decision and he is the OWNER.

Far from it, this thread is getting really immature. Mick is trying his best to run the site and everyone keep 'having ago' at him for no valid reason, he never gets a break from it.

MCM is at a terrible state right now. Most people blame staff for this. After all, the members of a forum make the forum. You could have the best staff team and best resources but if your userbase doesn't corporate it won't work out. Simple as that.

I really don't get people who always complain, they are only making MC-Market worst and letting the community down. The staff team is trying their best to improve the site but the attitude of the community is so bad, sometime changes are for the better. Mick couldn't handle the managing site and he made a good decision to hand the management of the site over to Ajdin and tjrgg and it seems that the community is hammering Mick over this decision which is actually really stupid if you think about it logically.
