PayPal does not allow chargebacks if the money was for a virtual item or service (in this case, it's both).

The only other way is via an "Unauthorised transaction" charge-back, which is possible to win some of the time.

Still, I can't imagine that any wannabe-decent server owner on Earth would even try.

We have been scammed twice, One scenario is that after sending a complete art they didn't pay.
