This may sound stupid but I was wondering if in this picture the cable isn't fully connected to my microphone? I would try to see if the micprophone worked but I ordered something else for it so yeah.
Looks connected, is the 48v/phantom powered turned on? Maybe try (if supported by your interface) enable monitor mode to check if it's a software or mic/interface issue.
