Middleman section should have requirements for posting. If there are requirements now, they need to be higher because new people are able to post and it's kind of worrying.

Another thing totally separate that Mick mentioned in the shoutbox was an official middleman/middlemen. It would help to get rid of those new people who try to finesse their way into the middleman scene and would make a more obvious option for people to use and prevent scams.

If you agree, thanks. If you disagree, please tell us why.

Also if "Trusted" or "Official" middlemen scammed, MCM would be held liable.
Interesting point, I'm sure that there is some way to have MCM not be liable, some sort of TOS clause stating that ranks such as trusted or official are simply opinions of the community and MCM will not be held liable for their actions. After all, they wouldn't be on the payroll.

sure, restrict the middleman section to an account age of a bunch of month or so.
However, I disagree with the 'official middleman' part, since it would make MCM liable. Sure, they could be under contract and whatnot, but it could still end up in juridical procedures, something I'm sure Mick isn't interested in.
Jerry they can probably find a way to disclaim it, but in a situation of a contracted/verified middleman scamming, it could still end up as a court case, to determine whether MCM had actual legal rigthts to disclaim all responsibility.

Why I cant middleman with low rep? If I want to offer middleman services to people why I cant?
I think you dont have to say if low rep people are trusted or have enought reputation, the ones that have to say that is the people Who actually used my MM service.
A 0 rep new member can me even more trusted than you, the ones that have to say if a middleman is trusted or not is the people who take the Service.
New members have little to lose so they are more apt to scam out. People such as yourself should not be able to post in the middleman section because it creates confusion and diverts attention away from the people who actually have rep and experience. A time limit in my opinion would be the best option because it's obvious how easy it is to farm rep, you yourself have gained 6 positive reputation in the past 6 days which you have been a member.

Actually, poeple that need middleman will decide to get a middleman with more rep or with less, its totally their opinion.

I think the only thing you want is to have more people using your service, so you want people with less rep to be restricted.

If a low rep member creates a MM post the people who need a middleman still have the option to choose the MM.

Your solution is not the best, its as easy as create an account and dont even enter to this forum. Then when a month has passed you offer your MiddleMan service and you can still scam people.

If a user choose a low rep middleman is becouse he wants. Also if theres more threads of people offering MM services is faster yo actually get your deal done.
I'm saying that we should cut out the new members from the middleman section because it makes it more difficult to find the people who are actually reputable and not making a thread to pull a fast one. I don't care if people use my service, it's free. I gain nothing from people using it. So many people get scammed because they're unable to find a decent middleman and I'm looking to create an easier way for people to do that.

They are unable to find a decent middleman... What? Are this people retarded? Blind? It takes like 20 seconds to find a middleman with high rep.
Again people that need middlemans are not retarded and they can choose a high or a low middleman.
New people have a difficult time finding people who are actually reputable and are online without having to sift through new users such as yourself.
Okey so if I am scammer? I just create a account, forget about this site for 3+ months and then I am ready to scam people, that does not solve anything, people have to stop being retarded and see which person is reliable and which one has to choose, so I say, the more people there are, the easier
There are cases like that, obviously. Putting a time constraint on the creation of threads in the section would cut down the number of clearly new users. There could also be a post requirement or rating requirement. It's something that would have to be looked into rather than just a decision made at the drop of a hat. That's the reason why there's a discussion in the suggestion section, to allow members such as yourself to share their concerns or objections.

Quoting this: "New people have a difficult time finding people who are actually reputable and are online without having to sift through new users such as yourself."
Well... If your a new user is easy as going to the middleman section, enter the post and look to the middleman rep and reactions.
New users don't know all of the function of the site, I'm not sure where you're getting at.
