The pricing will all depend on the designer's skill, trustworthiness, and what kind of work they'll be doing.
You will be contacting me first before doing any deals with designers, then you can discuss with me which designer you would like, or I can recommend which ever that I think would suit your needs.

I will be hiring small or even big designers into my group where I get to advertise the designers's skills onto a website (will be working on this as the group gets bigger) and onto this thread where they can get a lot of coverage and many of the eyeballs of MCM!
