INTRODUCTION:
Let me introduce myself, I go by the username “Winged Victory”, but you may call me WV, or Victory. I am one of the owners of Mine Smash (the other being Jam, who goes by “Jaminate” in-game), a factions server that has been in development for a bit now. Below you will find information about applying for our server. If you wish to assist us with our server, please follow the formats we put out below.
STAFF:
Currently, the only staff members are me (WingedVictory: Owner) and Jaminate (Owner). Before we start our server, we wish to have professional, mature, and fun staff members. Currently we are looking for the following positions below. We are not looking for any other positions, so asking if there are any positions like “Builder”, “Developer”, “Manager”, etc. available will be reported, and I will move along with my day. Meaning READ EVERYTHING, if you wish to apply. For Helper, you are REQUIRED to have prior experience, and if you do not you will be denied for that position.
Helper: A “starter” position, whose job is to help and assist players with various problems. We do not tolerate poor applications, and expect a high-grade submission. Has minor punishment commands. If you are the individual that is accepted for this position, you must schedule an interview with me, and Jaminate at an appropriate time. Use this format for Helper applications only:

- Users are punished because their actions have violated our rules. Have you ever been punished on Mine Smash and or any other servers before? If so why, and what did you do to make up for your actions?
- Everybody is unique, and they have qualities that distinguish one individual from another. What are your strengths and weaknesses, as well as what makes you unique, that can benefit Mine Smash?
- Staffing on Mine Smash is a serious job, what qualities do you think you have to fulfill your duties as a staff member? What are some actions that make you stand out?
- The server can get crowded at times, and is in need of more staff members on the weekends. How dedicated and active can you be on a day to day basis on Mine Smash helping new users?
- Experience is not something you gain overnight. Have you been staff on other servers before? If so which servers, and what position were you there. Do you also currently work for another server and or own your own?
- Please give us a description of yourself, can be anything, although it is preferred that we know a little background about you.

SERVER:
We have only a handful of more things to do, before we start prepping for release. If you want to apply for Mine Smash, I advise you to hand in your application now so we can go over them before release-prep.
