Lead Minearchy as a Manager
Minearchy is looking for dedicated Managers who want to help guide the server and support the team behind it. If you enjoy organizing people, improving systems, and helping a community grow, this could be the role for you.
This is a volunteer leadership position where you work closely with the owner and staff team to help Minearchy move forward.
We are currently looking for managers in the following areas:
General Manager
Help oversee server operations, support the owner with planning, and make sure projects and ideas actually move forward.
Events Manager
Create and organize events for players both in game and on Discord. From small community activities to larger competitions.
Media Manager
Help manage content, trailers, screenshots, and social media. Work with creators and highlight what makes the server unique.
Staff Manager
Support the moderation team, help organize staff structure, and keep communication clear between teams.
Not everyone fits neatly into a box.
If you have skills, ideas, or experience that could benefit the server, we’re open to shaping the role around your strengths.
Whether you enjoy planning, organizing, creating, managing people, or growing communities, we’ll work together to find where you fit best.
