Minecart disappear

Hello, So I am wondering of a custom plugin that is really simple plugin (I think) so on our hub you can spawn a minecart but once you exit it stays so wondered if anyone could make me a plugin so when you exit the minecart it will disappear.

would think this plugin would be free but can pay some money if needed

can't you use clear lag and set it to clear all entities every like 15 seconds and then make the broadcast silent?

May seem like a very inefficient way but yeah lol just a idea

You could probably fix this if you have a simple command block that is runned by a redstone line on repeat every few seconds with the command /killall minecarts [world], This will only work if you have essentials which essentially everyone has. However, a down side is that it will remove all minecarts even if someone is using it.
