Hiring Director

We are currently looking for a Director to join the MineCave Leadership Team.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for helping oversee staff, managing daily operations, assisting with community growth, and ensuring the server continues to improve.

Requirements
• Previous leadership experience on a Minecraft server.
• Professional communication and decision-making skills.
• Active on both Discord and in-game.
• Ability to manage staff and resolve conflicts fairly.
• Willing to work closely with the Owner and management team.

Responsibilities
• Supervise the staff team.
• Assist with server management and development planning.
• Help enforce rules and maintain a positive community.
• Lead meetings and coordinate events when needed.
• Provide feedback and ideas to improve MineCave.
