I am trying to start up a minecraft city server. I am going to show my plan for the server below but first I just want to warn you, this will take a long time to start up because I am still looking for ways to earn funding. If anyone have ideas add me on discord and if anyone wants to help out add me on discord @_Flammis_#8551. [/b]This server idea will need many custom plugins and dedicated staff.
The Plan:
⦁ 5 different countries(U.S.A., Canada, Mexico, China, and England.) these countries will be located in different worlds accessible by all players.
⦁ Players can create cities by paying a certain amount of money and once their city reaches 20 members(amount may change) they can spend another sum of money to create a "state" and in this state other players can join the state and create their own cities.
⦁ Players do not need to be in a state to create a city.
⦁ when you create a city in a state the city will have less taxes.
- the cities taxes will go to the state.
⦁ There will be a "president" for each country
- all players that have cities/states in the country can vote for any player to become the president.
- when a player is elected he/she will become the president for 4 weeks.
- while a player is president he/she will make money off of state and city taxes
- each president will belong to a "political party"
- donors can create political parties
⦁ Cities can have businesses in them that make revenue for the player that owns the business and the city.
- all players can create businesses
- airports: used to travel between countries(owner of the business can set the price of tickets)
- there can only be 1 airport per city(unless you purchase a donor rank)
- shops: players can buy specific items and blocks
- farms: allows players to farm and sell the food to export company
- export company: players can put items/blocks up for sale(similar to auction house) these items can be sold globally
- more businesses may be added in the future
⦁ All cities have plots for players to rent
- business plots
- house plots
⦁ All cities are player built from scratch.
⦁ (maybe)president will live in the capitol
- the capitol is a city with many shops and businesses owned by no one

I am currently looking for ways to earn funding for the server. If you have any suggestions please contact my discord @_Flammis_#8551. We need funding and we will accept any donations and if someone would like to join as an owner all they need to do is donate to the server and help us start it up.
