MineCiv.net ~ Plugins&Permissions Manager Needed (Roleplay Server)

I am looking for a Plugins&Permissions Manager for a Roleplay server www.MineCiv.net as my normal manager isn't available and I'm currently in final year of school so I don't have time to both manage the server, website, staffing and advertising. I have my servers usual admins for staffing and I will be doing the website and advertising.

Requirements for the position:
~ 18+ Years Old (Maturity)
~ Very Active (Don't take random breaks for long periods of time, must reply quickly)
~ 4-5hrs+ online everyday
~ Previous knowledge in running servers (This server will have 100+ players online)
~ Skype and Facebook (For contact purposes)
~ Interest in Roleplay and roleplay servers (You should enjoy managing here and be involved in the community)
