so mojang locked my account and i recently emailed them around 3 months ago asking to be unlocked and they said no because i do not have the transaction ID. emailed them last night to see if i could get it back.... Does anyone know HOW to get their accounts back i litterly bought the account for 220$

I've lost two 2012 cape accounts though.
Unless you have the TID only way you'd be able to retrieve it is by providing information about when you bought it like what day, time, place, etc.

Obviously they're not going to unlock it if you don't have the TID lmao
