Minecraft 2.0?!?!

I just realized since Minecraft just released 1.9 how long away until 2.0? I myself believe this is a huge milestone for Mojang/Minecraft to hit. I dunno. I just though it was cool.

Anyone else have any thoughts on this?

To be honest, I really don't mind. Before minecraft PvP was ping based and who ever had a faster clicking speed and better ping (more or less) and i think this is a cool thing to get use to!

they made it as a joke for april fools day a couple years ago, and allowed popular youtubers to play it and record it, so they could trick a lot of people.

I talked to a Mojang staff member a while back and from what I gathered he said it would not go to 2.0 it would to do 1.10, 1.11, etc. there is no confirmation that 2.0 and or Minecraft 2 will ever exist.

yeah, they released it for beta testing in 2013 for 2 days and it was shit. there were hostile chickens. #GG.
