1.9 is complete garbage so I suspect whatever update comes next will follow in its footsteps. Regarding the whole "2.0". There was an April fools snapshot released by Mojang. Look it up and you should be able to find a download.
2.0 Minecraft -> No Servers just Realms
Ehh you guys haven't seen the potential of the update.
In a couple months servers will have all of their game modes built around the new combat update and it will be better than before.
I am getting a lot of glitches with 1.9, but that doesn't stop me from playing it because I know an update will patch a lot of them.
I kinda think the shields are too big and its a shame they removed blocking with a sword (many of us used that to show that we were a friend in pvp) but maybe this stuff with be fixed and brought back
