I am searching for someone to assist me in creating an animated Minecraft cape.
It's a simple concept. It'll consist of multiple images that will play one after another in order to create a 10-15 frame animation (each frame is an individual picture). Somewhat like a stop motion animation. There will also be a template to work with.
The design seems extremely simple to create and doesn't require that much knowledge in graphic designing. I just want it to be a plain dark background with chroma lights circling the border. Here's a rough draft I created (Obviously you would have to make it look a lot smoother, make all of the colors evenly sized, and would overall just have to be a lot nicer than my rough draft.)
