For some reason I can not verify my account "KrispyMC" I can not even get past the entering the name part. I wish to sell this account however I can not without it. I have tried waiting and I have also tried changing the skin to Steve like it suggests.

Maybe try waiting a few minutes?
I have done. I also changed it to a completely different skin as Doge suggested. But still not looking good.

Hi there,

Ajdin sent me a link to this thread to investigate.

Your skin image is an invalid PNG file. It includes a tRNS chunk but a missing PLTE chunk. As a result, the programming language (Go) that the association server is written in follows the reference libpng implementation correctly and refuses to decode the image. There is nothing wrong the association add-on or Luke's association service - the fault here lies with Mojang for accepting these malformed files.

For more information, see https://github.com/golang/go/issues/4278 and also https://golang.org/src/image/png/reader.go#L713 and also http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/spec/1.2/PNG-Chunks.html#C.tRNS and also https://sourceforge.net/p/libpng/co...dabacf720fa21741bc50cd5/tree/pngrutil.c#l1001 and also https://botbot.me/freenode/go-nuts/2016-06-06/?msg=67382690&page=18

Please, kindly download and apply the fixed skin image from https://lol768.com/i/robot91.png and re-perform association.

Cheers.[DOUBLEPOST=1467577389][/DOUBLEPOST]Ajdin Since all of these "error we couldn't recover from" issues to date have been as a result of user error, I've written a small script you can use to determine what the problem is and how to resolve it:

Output looks like this:
