I heard that wynncraft has a custom coding software that makes it a lot easier to code minecraft plugins. I wanted to know if there is any public software like this? Or I am willing to pay an advanced developer to make one for me or the public.

Ngl, i have no idea how you would make an ide simpler... If by simple you mean remove features most things allow that...
